We served in the same PPA and we fell in love

As members of 2020 Batch B were celebrating their Passing Out Parade (POP) across the nation on Thursday, a Corps member, Paul Ochai, stole the show as he bent his knee to propose to his soulmate, Love, at the NYSC Zonal Office, Jalingo, Taraba State. Like every NYSC love story, it always start somewhere. Here's how their love began 👇👇👇 I met Love at my PPA - Federal Medical Center, Jalingo, specifically the Nutrition and Dietetics Dept. It was just the two of us serving diligently as Corps Members, although she came a batch ahead of me (i.e Batch B Stream 2020) while I'm Batch A stream 1 2021.  I'm an Idoma born from Otukpo, Benue State and while Love is from Bassa Nge, Kogi State. How this two beautiful lawyers met in NYSC

The first time I met Agnes was at the Nigerian Law School, Enugu Campus. I will say destiny brought us together as we began our friendship while I was trying to help her resolve an issue she had with her roommate. After we left Law School and went for our NYSC programme, she was posted to Jigawa while I was posted to Sokoto. As fate would have it, we both redeployed and found ourselves in Abuja during our CDS registration at Old Parade ground, Area 10. We continued our friendship where we left off at Law School and from there whenever I close from my PPA, I will go pick her and take her out and once every week we go out to see Abuja - this is because it was her first time in Abuja. During our outings, I got attached to her and was free to tell her everything about myself because she is a good listener and from there one thing led to another and on the 25th of December 2020, I proposed to her and she said yes.
