I met my husband in the coldness of Plateau state camp

In 2017, I was posted to Mangu LGA, Plateau State for my PPA. I wasn't too pleased, I cried and I wanted a relocation so bad. But my Dad advised me to stay back and get an apartment. He told me to give it time that I might just come to love it there, after all, I speak Hausa which should be an advantage. I obeyed, did my documentation and left.

I returned after some weeks - it was hard, but there was this guy in my CDS group, Medical and Health, I took notice of him because he stood with me all through the meeting and very outspoken.

That evening after the CDS, I saw him with a group of Corp members. The next morning, I came to get stuff for breakfast and saw him again. He saw me coming and waited behind. We greeted, exchanged contact and became friends.

He had dinner at my place one evening and became a regular visitor. Gradually my service year became very interesting and I wasn't grumpy anymore. He was a perfect gentleman.

Well, we had a kiss on one of his visits and that was how it all started. A love without stress, two broke individuals full of life and plenty of care and affection for each other. He shares his allowance with me for eating all my food and pay part of my hair, he was working 3 jobs as a corps member to make sure I was well taken care of and I was amazed at his thoughtfulness and I loved those little efforts.

Our NYSC ended 12 April 2018. He went back to Benin, I went Back to Sokoto. Little did I know that he was scared he won't be able to care of me, so he decided to let me go instead of talking to me.

He was incommunicado. I relocated to Abuja and decided to move on, not knowing he had left the country.

We got talking again after a chat on FB and exchanged numbers. One day I posted a guy on my status. He couldn't take it. He returned to Nigeria, came to Abuja and said he can't stand anyone else take me away from him. He got a job in the same company where I was working at the time and we got back together.

He proposed on 14th February 2022. We had our Traditional wedding on October 23, 2022. November 24, 2022 we became legal! And finally on November 26th 2022 as Mr & Mrs Otiti, living happily ever after.

The beautiful NYSC love story of Mr and Mrs Enujeke 😍😍😍

My husband and I met in Niger State in 2009. He graduated from Delta State University, Abraka, and arrived at camp early. I graduated from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. Unlike him, I got camp late in the afternoon and wasn’t able to complete my registration that day but secured hostel accommodation that night. The next day, after morning drills, I finished my registration where we first met. He was among the corps members assisting the new arrivals. We discovered we were in the same platoon— the great Platoon 8 😃 —and from the same state, Delta State. However, I was born and raised in the north, while he had lived all his life in the south. We would walk together to morning drills and head to Mami Market with friends before resting at the hostel. What began as friendship during camp grew into feelings over the three weeks of orientation. When PPA postings were announced, he was assigned to COE in Minna, while I was posted to Bosso LG Secretariat. Despite being in different LGAs...

We met in NYSC and our fathers were friends from wayback 💖🇳🇬😍

We met precisely in 2019 during the INEC training for corps members towards the 2019 Elections at Government Secondary School Apata, Ibadan. I noticed her from a distance however I couldn’t summon the courage to speak with her but with the help of one of my friends who was also serving at that time I was able to speak with her.  She was a bit reserved but she communicated well with my friends and I. We had our first outing on February 14, 2019. The ride wasn’t a very smooth one but we became friends and gradually we got closer and we became lovers.  The success of our relationship can be traced to many things. First, although we are both Yorubas - she (Kwara State) while I am from Ekiti - after our service year, we both reside and work in Ilorin - which made the relationship smoother. Another factor which made me conclude that God's hand was indeed in our relationship was that we found out that my father and her father knew each other from way back. This made our union...

We met in NYSC, separated but came back together 😍🤣💍🇳🇬

Femi and I struck a friendship during our NYSC orientation exercise in 2013. Even though there was always an initial attraction; we were both committed to other things and people and we left it as a good friendship. However, we kept in touch and in 2014, while Femi was away furthering his studies, we got closer and spoke every day. At this point, we were both single and decided to commit to each other. Our friends and family became well acquainted with each other and it felt like a fairy tale. Sadly, we parted ways a few years later. We were quite young and there were a lot of sacrifices we both weren’t willing to make then. However, the love and friendship we had never wavered; and our families always kept in touch and believed that God would guide us back to each other. We started dating other people so we barely communicated due to the respect we owed our previous relationships. My relationship at the time ended terribly and surprisingly, Femi who hadn’t spoken to me in over a...
