Our we met in a funny way ๐Ÿคฃ but ended up as Mr and Mrs

It all began at Nysc camp in Wukari, Taraba state in 2018. During a SAED class, I arrived late and was in a hurry๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿป‍♀️ to find a seat. I noticed a fair-skinned Handsome Guy sitting by the window, paying serious attention✍️ to the lecture. So I thought it would be nice to share the bench space with this person.๐Ÿคท๐Ÿป‍♀️

Approaching the Handsome guy, I politely asked if I could sit there. However, the fair-skinned guy refused๐Ÿคจ claiming there was no space, even though I obviously๐Ÿ™„ saw that there was. Wallowing in disappointment,๐Ÿ˜’ I then turned to find another place to sit, thinking ๐Ÿค”that maybe Uncle didn't realize how pretty and attractive I was.

But as I was walking away,๐Ÿšถ๐Ÿป‍♀️ I heard someone calling her back to sit down. It turned out, Uncle had changed their mind ๐Ÿ˜ฎand wanted me to sit next to him. This made me very happy,๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜œ and I quickly rushed back ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿปand took the available seat.

Before we both knew it, I was taking photos of Both of us with Uncle's phone.๐Ÿคฃ Afterwards, I asked for the pictures to be sent to my WhatsApp, which allowed Us to exchange contact.๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜‰

From this initial encounter, we became close friends.๐Ÿค Over time, Our friendship grew stronger and developed into a romantic relationship. ❤️We became best friends and eventually realized we were meant to be together FOREVER! ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿ’๐Ÿ’๐Ÿ’๐Ÿ’๐Ÿ’๐Ÿ’๐Ÿ’๐Ÿ’

Big appreciation to NYSC for providing me the platform to meet the man behind my smiles. Long live NYSC ๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ‡ฌ

Congratulations ๐Ÿ‘๐ŸŽ‰ @ndokosnazzy/TikTok

How I 'dramatically' met my wife in NYSC Sokoto

It all started on Wednesday, 2nd February 2022. I was posted to Sokoto for NYSC camp, but I had planned to be a “ghost Corper” since I lived in Kebbi, just two hours away. My plan was to only show up for clearances and return home. I was posted to Shehu Shagari College of Education (SSCOE), Sokoto, for my PPA with my friend Firdausi.  After documentation, we were to choose a CDS group. Firdausi picked Freedom of Information Vanguard (FOIV) because it was close to the Corper’s lodge and advised me to do the same, so I did. I still wanted to relocate to Kebbi, but Firdausi encouraged me to attend CDS at least a few times to know how things worked. One Wednesday, we trekked to the CDS venue at Bado Quarters. I arrived late.  As I entered, I saw her—Saudat. A calm, beautiful young lady. I froze thinking, “If she agrees to date me, I’ll marry her after NYSC,” but another thought said, “Forget it, girls this fine here are probably married already.” Throughout the meeting, I k...

The beautiful NYSC love story of Mr and Mrs Enujeke ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜

My husband and I met in Niger State in 2009. He graduated from Delta State University, Abraka, and arrived at camp early. I graduated from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. Unlike him, I got camp late in the afternoon and wasn’t able to complete my registration that day but secured hostel accommodation that night. The next day, after morning drills, I finished my registration where we first met. He was among the corps members assisting the new arrivals. We discovered we were in the same platoon— the great Platoon 8 ๐Ÿ˜ƒ —and from the same state, Delta State. However, I was born and raised in the north, while he had lived all his life in the south. We would walk together to morning drills and head to Mami Market with friends before resting at the hostel. What began as friendship during camp grew into feelings over the three weeks of orientation. When PPA postings were announced, he was assigned to COE in Minna, while I was posted to Bosso LG Secretariat. Despite being in different LGAs...

How we found love in NYSC Benue - Rafiah and Yusuff

Ride with me back to January 2017, NYSC called and we were posted to Benue. A few days after camp started, a friend who had met us individually said to Sodiq he found a lady from Ibadan who could be his match for ‘bad mouth’ and he asked to meet. Thankfully, we were in same Platoon 10 so it was easier for him to introduce us. Some bants here and there, well you should know who won. Fast forward to January 31, 2017, we happened to sit next to each other during SAED class and his phone gallery scroll revealed we have a mutual friend and that kicked off endless hours of talks and bants. While people were running away from SAED, we turned it to our rendezvous to nurture our friendship. Unfortunately, Sodiq got posted to Vandeikya LG while I got posted to Apa LG. I remember we asked one of the vendors in Maami market how far the two locations are to each other and the guy laughed at us for not sticking to the ‘don’t fall in love in camp’ mantra. Technically, we were just trying to nurture o...
